5. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, software, source code, designs, databases, trademarks, trade names, logos, and any other distinctive signs (the “Content”), is owned by the Owner or by third-party licensors who have authorized its use, and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation, making available, extraction, reuse, or any other form of exploitation of the Content, in whole or in part, by any means or method, is expressly prohibited without the prior and express authorization of the owner of the corresponding rights, except in cases permitted by law.

6. Liability
Access to and use of the Website are the sole responsibility of the User.
The Owner does not guarantee the availability, continuity, or error-free operation of the Website, nor does it guarantee that the Website is free of errors or elements that could cause disruptions to the User’s computer systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Data Controller shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may arise from, among other things:
- The unavailability, maintenance, or proper functioning of the Website
- Any interruptions, errors, omissions, or issues in accessing or using the Website
- The presence of viruses, malware, or other harmful elements, despite the implementation of reasonable security measures

The User shall be liable to the Owner and to third parties for any damages that may arise from the User’s breach of this Legal Notice, and agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any claim, action, or lawsuit that may be brought as a result of such breach.
Furthermore, the Owner may suspend, restrict, or interrupt access to the Website at any time for technical or security reasons, or due to a breach by the User, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
The foregoing is without prejudice to the fact that the provision of services, if any, will be governed by the corresponding Terms of Use and applicable contractual terms, which will establish the specific liability regime between the parties.
7. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Website may include links, hyperlinks, or references to websites owned by third parties.

- Any other contracts or agreements entered into with the client
These documents shall be binding and shall take precedence, within their respective scopes, over the provisions of this Legal Notice.
The scope of this Legal Notice is limited to access to and browsing of the Website; it does not govern the provision of services, nor does it replace, modify, or supplement the applicable contractual terms. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Legal Notice and the applicable contractual documents, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.
9. Emerging Technologies and Automated Systems
In the event that the Website or the Owner’s platform incorporates automated information processing technologies, including, but not limited to, artificial intelligence solutions, machine learning, optical character recognition (OCR), or document analysis systems, the User acknowledges and agrees that:
- The results generated by these technologies may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or contain errors, as they are automated processes of a probabilistic nature
- The Publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of these results for a specific purpose
- It is the User’s responsibility to verify and validate the results obtained prior to their use, especially when they may have legal, financial, or operational implications.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or omissions made by the User based on the results generated by such technologies.
The foregoing is without prejudice to the fact that the use of the platform and associated services will be governed by the corresponding Terms of Use and applicable contractual terms. The User acknowledges that these technologies do not replace human judgment nor do they constitute professional advice of any kind.
10. Safety
The Owner implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of the Website, in accordance with the state of the art and generally accepted industry standards.
However, the User acknowledges and agrees that:
- The Internet is an open network and, as such, is not without risks in terms of information security
- Incidents, interruptions, or unauthorized access may occur due to causes beyond the control of the Owner
