How does the change in tariffs affect my registration fee?

Now, the cost of document review is included in the registration fee, both for your company and for your items (employees and/or machines) so there will be no separate additional charge for document review.

How does the new licensing model work?

When contracting the license you will contract it for an approximate number of elements or registered assets for which an element cost is applied that includes the validation of your documents. If you exceed the number of elements contracted, you will have to make an extension for the total number of elements you want to use, the assets plus the new ones. Each time you add a new employee, a cost will be applied for the addition. The standard validation of your documentation is already included in your registration fee. This means that if you need to replace an employee, you will have to pay for the new registration separately, without being able to replace another worker already created.

When you register new elements (employees / machines) your license will be renewed automatically for 12 more months. In your main panel on the platform, you will have a counter of elements already used in your license range, which will allow you to make a forecast and, if necessary, add new elements to continue working.Β 

What does the license fee include now?

The registration fee includes both the registration of the worker or machine and the review of all its documents, which was previously charged separately.

Can I see a breakdown of what is included in the license?

Yes, in the platform you will be able to see the detailed breakdown of the services included in the license, such as document management and review, as well as other associated services.

Does this change affect only new employees or also those already registered?

This change applies to all workers registered after the renewal or extension of the current license. For workers already registered, the previous costs will continue to apply.

If I have been paying invoices for validations, does this billing method change now?

The invoicing method for validations will be the current one until the license is extended or renewed by switching to this new model.

Does this change affect the quality or type of document review?

No. The document review service remains the same, ensuring that all documents are reviewed with the same quality standards and in accordance with current legislation.

Can I request a separate invoice for document review if I need it?

Since the document review is now included in the registration fee, it is not possible to issue separate invoices for this review.

Can I continue to manage the registration of my employees as I did before?

Yes, the registration process remains the same, being able to add elements until the number of contracted elements is reached. In addition, now the variable per element also includes the review of documents that are managed by the worker. The objective is to make the process simpler and more transparent for all users.

Do items sent to the trash or deleted allow new registrations without extending the license?

No. Items sent to the trash or deleted remain part of the license until renewal or extension.

Will there be any kind of discount or benefit if I have many workers registered?

Currently we do not have any discount plans for the registration fee, but we are analyzing special pricing options for companies with large volumes of employees. We encourage you to stay tuned to future communications for more details.

What happens if the worker's documents do not comply with the regulations?

In case the documents do not comply with the regulations, we will inform you immediately and will indicate the necessary steps for the worker to regularize his situation. The review of documents is still part of the service, but it is important that the documents comply with the established requirements.

Where can I check the number of elements contracted and how many I have used?

You can check the status of your license items in the "Premium License - License Type" icon and in the menu options "My Company - Invoices - License", "Employee Registration" and "Machine Registration".
